1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fuzzfolk website (fuzzfolk.com) and its services, including but not limited to professional pet grooming, washing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, de-shedding treatments, and breed-specific styling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice, and your continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments for services can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service price. Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future service.

3. Pet Health and Safety

For the safety and well-being of all pets and staff, we require all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus for dogs; FVRCP for cats) prior to their grooming appointment. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or recent injuries your pet may have. Fuzzfolk reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that appears to be ill, aggressive, or poses a risk to our staff or other animals. In the event of an emergency during a grooming session, Fuzzfolk will attempt to contact you immediately. If direct contact is not possible, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

4. Pricing and Payments

Our service prices are listed on our Services & Pricing page. Prices may vary based on pet size, coat condition, temperament, and specific service requests. All payments are due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and cash. A surcharge may apply for excessive matting, difficult behavior, or services rendered outside standard offerings.

5. Liability

While Fuzzfolk takes utmost care of your pet, accidents can happen. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or for incidental or consequential damages to your pet. You agree not to hold Fuzzfolk, its owners, employees, or affiliates responsible for any medical conditions or injuries discovered or exacerbated during grooming, unless directly caused by gross negligence of our staff. Any damage caused by your pet to our facilities or staff will be your responsibility.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property
